Michael Seaman is an associate attorney at Lewis-Traut & Ruswick, APC. His practice includes estate and business planning as well as trust and estate administration. Mr. Seaman prides himself on providing a high level of personal service and representation to clients.

Prior to joining Lewis-Traut & Ruswick, APC, Mr. Seaman enjoyed several years of practical experience, working in the fields of Family Law and Civil Litigation. His time practicing Family Law allowed him to hone his interpersonal skills and work one-on-one with clients to understand their goals and craft courses of action to reach those goals in a thoughtful and pointed manner. Moreover, Mr. Seaman’s courtroom experience provided ample opportunity to develop his skills as a firm advocate for clients and their rights under the law.

Mr. Seaman earned his Juris Doctor at Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law, where he was a member of Chapman’s Mock Trial and Alternative Dispute Resolution teams, including serving as Competitions Chair of the Mock Trial Executive Board. Mr. Seaman competed with Chapman’s competition teams throughout the country during his time at law school.

Prior to law school, Mr. Seaman graduated from Colorado State University, with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science, along with a minor in Legal Studies. In addition to his studies, Mr. Seaman was a member of the Pre-Law Club and played lacrosse for CSU, serving as Team Captain during his senior year.

Outside of the office, Mr. Seaman enjoys running, spending time in the outdoors, and coaching high school lacrosse at his alma mater, Servite.
