Brian Chung is an associate attorney at Lewis-Traut & Ruswick, APC. His practice includes estate and business planning, as well as trust administration.

Before shifting to a focus on estate planning, Mr. Chung spent several years at international law firms advising public and private companies and executives on a broad range of executive compensation and employee benefits issues and related tax implications, mainly in connection with corporate transactions.

Mr. Chung earned his Juris Doctor from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly known as UC Hastings) in 2018 and went on to complete a Master of Laws in Taxation at New York University School of Law in 2019. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, San Diego.

Outside the office, Mr. Chung enjoys cooking, building model kits, and spending time with his family
